<br />Chairperson Winchester called the mea\ingku order at0:13am.

<br />Roll Call
<br />Board members present were, Chairperson Annette Winchester, Vice-Chairperson Kip Nelson, Amy Landers, and Brian
<br />McBride. Jeff Bird was excused. Also present were, Deputy Superintendent Murjean McConnell, Principal John Pvmm.Deputy
<br />Andy Mortimer, School Resource Officer, Assistant Principal Julian Duffey, Board Clerk Valerie Messick, and Doug Nelson,
<br />District Legal Counsel.
<br />Chairperson Winchester asked if there would beamotion to move into Executive Session.
<br />MOTION: Kip Nelson made the motion to move into executive session for the purpose of holding a hearing regarding student
<br />discipline pursuant to section 67-2345 (1)(b), Idaho Code. Amy Landers seconded. Roll call vote: Amy Landers, yes; Kip
<br />Nelson, yes; Brian McBride, yes; Annette Winchester, yes.
<br />Ill. Executive Session
<br />rt Mr. Nelson conducted the Expulsion Hearing.
<br />After testirriony was heard, Mr, Nelson excused the family and their representatives, He asked the administration to remain to
<br />discuss educational placement issues. He then excused the administration and the Board further deliberated with regard to the
<br />possible expulsion nf "Student 13R"
<br />Upon completion of the Board's deliberation, a resolution was discussed regarding the educational placement of"Student
<br />13R^ The Board determined b/ expel "Student 13R from attendance ad the schools nf the District. The Board further
<br />determined tu conditionally readmit "Student 13rto Bonneville High School and the eCnntaret Lincoln High School with the
<br />following stipulations:
<br />1. The student will sign and agree to execute an appropriate conduct agreement.
<br />2. The Student will attend Bonneville High School half-time and the eCenterhalf-Ume.
<br />3. The student will furnish the District with evidence of an evaluation by a qualified counselor showing that lie does not
<br />pose a risk of danger to himself or other students.
<br />K "Student i3R" fails to follow the conduct agreement at either school, the expulsion order will bereinstated and educational
<br />placement will be at Bonneville Online High School.
<br />Chairperson Winchester then asked for a motion h move back into open session.
<br />MOTION: Kip Nelson made the motion to move into open session. Brian McBride seconded. Vote: 4 in favor with Oopposed
<br />and 0 abstentions, Motion passed.
