When knowledge or technical skills are needed that cannot be provided by Bonneville
Joint School District No. 93 personnel, the Superintendent shall provide the Board with
a description of services needed along with an estimation of the time and cost likely to
be incurred. The Superintendent may engage consultant services within the budgetary
limits specified by the Board.
