Executive Session

After the Regular Meeting
Chairman McBride announce that the Board will enter into Executive Session pursuant to Idaho Code Section 74-206(1)(b) To consider the
evaluation, dismissal or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against, a public officer, employee, staff member or individual
agent, or public school student The Executive Session will be closed to the public as permitted by law.
He then asked for a motion to move into executive session for the reasons stated.
MOTION: Amy Landers made the motion to move into Executive Session for the reasons stated. Greg Calder seconded. The roll call vote
was:

I. Personnel Items
The Board was notified that employee A16 was suspended with pay,
In preparation for the ISBA Convention in November, Chairman McBride invited the board members to review the Open Meeting Law
process and when it is appropriate to request items from staff members.
II. Move Back into Ooen Meeting
Chairman McBride asked for a motion to move back into Open Meeting
MOTION: Paul Jenkins made the motion to move back into Open Meeting, Amy Landers seconded. The vote was 5 in favor. Motion
carried.
III. Motions from Executive Session
Chairman McBride asked if there were any motions from executive session. Hearing none, he asked for a motion to adjourn,

Chairman McBride asked for a motion to adjourn at 8:55 p,m.
MOTION: Jeff Bird made the motion to adjourn. Amy Landers seconded. The vote was 5 in favor, The motion carried.
