Executive Session
December 16, 2015
After the Special Meeting
The Board will enter into Executive Session pursuant to Idaho Code Section 74-204(4)(b) To consider the evaluation, dismissal or disciplining
of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against, a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent, or public school student he
Executive Session will be closed to the public as permitted by law.
Chairman McBride asked for a motion to enter into executive session for the reason stated.
MOTION: Jeff Bird made the motion to enter into executive session for the reason stated. Paul Jenkins seconded.

1. Public School Student Marjean McConnell
Ms. McConnell presented to the Board about Public School Student 16A. She recommended for the student to attend eCenter classes with a
fulltime one-on-one aide.
Il. Move Back into Oben Meetina
Chairman McBride asked for a motion to move back into open session.
MOTION: Amy Landers made a motion to move back into open session. Jeff Bird seconded. The vote was 5 in favor, 0 opposed, and 0
abstentions. The motion was carried.
Mrs. April Burton inquired if the Board was interested in negotiating a fee with Zion's Bank for pricing and financing of the bonds. The Board
was agreeable to follow up with the bank.

There were no motions from the Executive Session.
IV, Adiournment
Chairman McBride asked for a motion to adjourn 9:45 p.m.
MOTION: Jeff Bird made a motion to adjourn. Paul Jenkins seconded. The vote was 5 in favor, 0 opposed, and 0 abstentions. The motion
was carried.
