Objective: Hillcrest High School (HHS) and Mountain
View Hospital and lntermountain health are committed to providing quality education
and healthcare to the community. We believe that by working together, we can create a
mutually beneficial partnership that will support both our organizations and benefit our
students and patients. The purpose of this proposal is to outline the terms of a
partnership between HHS and MVH/IFCH for noming rights to Field on Sunnyside
Road being known as ,Mountain View Health Field @ Westmark Stadium and
bronding on the North Side of the Locker Room building, with bronding inside the
Training Room, Front of entrance ond throughout stodium ond marquee Spofs. ln
addition, MVH/IH will provide the following equipment for the Training Room - power
training table, taping table, and ice machine for new training room.
Terms of Agreement:
The cost of the partnership is $405,744.25 payable over 4 years instollment payments
of:
Quorterly of $ 253l5g.OO x t 6 quarterly poyments storting August l, 2023
ending August 1,2027.

o *No other competing hospitals or logos or advertising of hospitols will be oLlowed
inside stadium or in the grounds of stadium except for Ammonldaho falls
individuot community medrcal providers,/speciolists and an individuaL generaL
physician.
o MVH/IH will have the first right of refusal on any new agreement after term has
expired, if MVH/IH renews advertising costs and new logo costs will only be
included in new term lf MVH/IH Logo's change, MVH/IH will pay replacement
cost of field logo or net logo.
. HHS will use the funds from the partnership to support the stadium
building project immediately for completion.
. HHS and MVH/IH will collaborate on educational programs that promote healthy
living and medical support services and specifically Athletic Training for the
commu nity.
r At the end of the current contract with Athletic trainer which expires June 2024,
HHS will partner with Mountain View Hospital on Athletic Trainer services and
education.
Benefits of the Partnership:
The partnership will provide HHS with the resources needed to support the multi-
purpose stadium project that will serve the community & youth programs.
The partnership will raise awareness of MVH/IH and its commitment to providing quality
healthcare to the community with stadium Naming on advertisements "lntermountain
Health Field at Westmark Stadium"
The partnership will give opportunity for Mountain view/lntermountain Health to teach
Athletic training courses and Health Care Courses.
The partnership will provide MVH/IH with the opportunity to promote its services and
build relationships with potential patients, employees, and their families at hosted
community events.
The partnership will promote healthy living in the community and encourage students
to pursue a career in medical services field.

Stadiu m.
Free Hudl Broadcast will include MVH/IH logo on screen with two 15 second
commercials on Big Screen during games and three scripted promotions at game
breaks. Rolling MV/lF Community Hospital Logo on New Marquee.
Literature and promotions for events will have "lntermountain Health Field or Mountain
View Hospital @ Westmark Stadium".
Conclusion: HHS and MVH/IH are committed to creating a mutually beneficial
partnership that supports both our organizations and benefits the community. We
believe that this partnership will provide HHS with the resources needed to support the
stadium project for deserving students, while also promoting MVH/IH and its
commitment to providing quality healthcare to the community. We look forward to
working together to promote healthy living and fitness in the community and
encourage students to pursue active and healthy lifestyles.
