New asphalt parking lot, approximately 3000 ft.² backside of bus parking
building
1.1.This pricing includes 4 dump truck loads or 60 tons of three-quarter road base which is needed to raise the
parking lot nearest the building up in order to get the water to flow out to the street.
Total Price: $10,350.00
Remove one speed bump and add two additional speed bumps as
specified in satellite view
Total Price: $3,300.00
Install new asphalt for two additional parking spots nearest stop
sign.Approximately 800 ft.²
Total Price: $2,900.00
Install new asphalt around fire hydrant
Total Price: $650.00
Line stripping at honeybee turn lanes as well as stop bar.
1.Restripe the parking lot area as per the existing layout.
2.Stripe new parking lot as per drawings.
Total Price: $350.00
Remove and replace asphalt around water shut off valve in westbound
lane. Approximately 10’ x 10’.
Total Price: $550.00

We understand that if any additional work is required different than stated in the this proposal/contract it must be in a new
contract or added to this contract.
