Provide delivery tickets with each delivery, mill test reports, and mill certificates for Owner's testing agency. 12. Provide all steel with factory applied primer, galvanizing, or powder coating as specified. Provide touch -up of finishes for field welding locations as required. 13. For all steel materials that are to be exposed, steel shall be prepared appropriately prior to primer application to ensure that primer fully adheres to raw steel and steel is ready to accept finish painting. Provide all necessary cutting and removal of floor and roof decking at designated openings as per the Contract Documents. Coordinate timing of cutting openings with other trades to ensure a safe work environment. 20. Anchor bolts and embedded plates shall be installed by others. Prior to erection of structural steel, inspect, field measure and verify that embedded items are located properly and conform to specified installation tolerances. Report in writing any deficiencies found with the installations. Do not erect steel until the reported deficiencies have been corrected. Failure to provide a written report or commencement of installation will indicate Subcontractor's acceptance of embedded installation by others. Anchor bolts for baseplates have been furnished and installed by the Concrete Subcontractor. This subcontract shall include an allowance of $10,000 in the bid for a survey of installed anchor bolts to confirm location and to be incorporated into steel shop drawings. 21. Provide suitable markings of materials to correspond with approved shop drawings for ease of field installation and verification. Coordinate fabrication and delivery of materials with installation sequencing to expedite erection and minimize field handling of materials. 22. Provide sequencing of all work in accordance with the project schedule. 23. Comply with the requirements of the Geotechnical Report and Contract Documents. 2. Protect all adjacent structures, surfaces, and materials from damage during this scope of work. 3. Provide all bituminous damp - proofing as per the Contract Documents. Include all required surface preparation, damp - proofing materials, primers, patching compounds, misc. materials, etc. as necessary for a complete installation. Provide all required materials in thicknesses as specified. Dampproofing shall be provided for the complete building, including all Areas, not just those identified in GMP #3 steel package. Specifically, the items to be included are as follows: exterior foundation walls (classroom wing, admin area, and gymnasium wing), elevator pits, stage retaining walls, arbor pit walls. 4. Provide damp - proofing at interior elevator pits and stage walls as identified. 5. Provide temporary power needed for the performance of this work. 6. Provide sequencing of all work in accordance with the project schedule. 7. Provide protection course at areas delineated in specification section 071113- 3.1 -B -2. 8. This scope of work excludes: 1. Rigid Board Insulation — Included in GMP 02. BID PACKAGE #82 ELEVATORS 1. Provide all labor, materials and equipment necessary to supply and install the Hydraulic Elevators according to the Contract Documents and in strict accordance with all requirements of Section 142400. 2. Provide all related material certificates, qualification data, sample warranties, shop drawings, cut sheets, sample finishes, etc. as required. 3. Provide all elevators to meet performance requirements as specified, including, but not limited to load ratings, rated speeds, hoisting system type, travel distance, number of stops, number of entrances, accessibility, seismic, operation systems, auxiliary operations, and car enclosure dimensions. Provide all elevator cars with finishes and features as specified, specifically wall finishes, fixtures, reveals, door faces, door sills, ceilings, handrails, ventilation, etc. 5. Provide all hoistway entrances as specified. 6. Provide all required signal equipment as specified, specifically call buttons /lights, car - control stations, emergency communication systems, car position indicators, annunciators, etc. 7. Provide all hoisting and scaffolding for the elevator work as required for a complete and safe installation. 8. Lubricate, test and balance the equipment provided herein. 9. Subcontractor shall cooperate with other subcontractors working on the project and provide via shop drawings, information required to construct a hoistway meeting all applicable codes and ordinances. Subcontractor's shop drawings shall also show wall locations for control boxes, position indicators, block - outs, sleeves, integral anchors, etc. 10. Coordinate locations and dimensions of other work specified in other sections that relate to hydraulic elevators, including pit ladders; sumps and floor drains in pits; entrance subsills; electrical services; and electrical outlets, lights, and switches in hoistways, pits, and machine rooms. 11. Provide protection at elevator doors & Jambs. Remove and dispose of the protective devices when directed by Contractor. 12. Provide touch -up of all prime painted surfaces. 13. Timely deliveries and installations are essential to the schedule of the project. All materials shall be delivered and /or installed when required by the Contractor's construction schedule. Personnel experienced in this type of work shall perform the installation. 14. Provide daily cleaning of work area as required for the execution of the elevator work and final clean -up of debris at the conclusion of the work. 15. Protect all adjacent structures, surfaces, and materials from damage during this scope of work. 16. Provide all required operation and maintenance data, inspection and acceptance certificates, operating permits, demonstrations, etc. as required. 17. Provide all required maintenance agreements and special warranties as strictly specified. 18.
