Planning meeting or meetings with client team (all taking place during the same visit)
Survey creation and as many rounds of revisions as necessar,' to arrive at a telephone survey with an •
average time-to-complete of 1 2 minutes
Complete telephone surveys with 400 respondents, using professionally trained, Kansas City-based
interviewers, using randomly selected, head-of-housebold, registered voters, and landline and cell
phone numbers
Prepare and field separate online versions of the survey for staff (via link sent by the school district)
and for the community (via link that the district will post on its website)
Tabulation of all responses
Management of data collection process
Analysis of all data and preparation of a comprehensive report for the phone survey, including data
for the full audience, and cross -tabulations by key demographic characteristics
Prepare and provide a single report containing data from both online surveys, with comparison data
with the telephone survey
In-person presentation of final reports
Fifteen printed, bound copies of the final telephone report, fifteen printed copies of the online report,
plus one electric copy of each
Ah1 necessary e-mail exchanges and teleconferences during the project
Total Budget:
$16,400
(budget reflects expenses for one trip to the district being at Patron Insight's expense)
*• All work is billed in two segments - one when the survey instrument is approved; the second when
the report has been delivered
