i. Executive Session
A. The Board will enter into Executive Session pursuant to Idaho Code 74-206(1)(b) - To consider the evaluation, dismissal
or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against, a public officer, employee, staff member, individual
agent or public school student. The Executive Session will be closed to the public as permitted by law.
The Board recessed for Executive Session at 9:19 p.m.
MOTION: Paul Jenkins made the motion to enter into executive session for the reason stated. Chad Dance seconded.

111, Student Discipline - Scott Woolstenhulme
Discussion from 9:21p.m.to 9:24 p.m.
A. Student 17-U
Scott Woolstenhulme informed the Board of the situation relating to Student 17-U. He stated that Bonneville HS
Assistant Principal Levi Owen recommended an expulsion without a hearing and for the student to be conditionally
readmitted to Bonneville High School commencing the 2017-2018 school year.
IV. Personnel Items - Scott Woolstenhulme
Discussion from 9:18p.m.to 9:21 p.m,
A. Employee 12017
Mr. Woolstenhulme informed the Board negotiations are still pending a separation settlement for 12017. A tentative
hearing date has been set for June 27, 2017.
B. Employee L2017
Mr. Woolstenhulme informed the Board that L2017 has announced retirement. He recommended for the Board to accept
the retirement letter.
V. Move Back Into Ooen Meetinc
Chairman Bird asked for a motion to move back into Open Meeting at 9:21 p.m. Conclusion of meeting on Minutes
Community MeetinglSpecial Meeting 06-07-2017.
MOTION: Greg Calder made the motion to move back into open session. Paul Jenkins seconded. The vote was 5 in favor
with 0 opposed and 0 abstentions. Motion as carried.
