Bonneville Joint School District No. 93
SPECIAL EDUCATION HANDBOOK
It is the policy of Bonneville Joint School District No. 93 that all requirements, in order to
comply with State and Federal laws and State, Federal and other rules and regulations
governing special education, be placed in a handbook and be considered part of the
policies of the District.
Guidelines The following guidelines are applicable:
1. The Policies and Procedures for Special Education are to be retained separate from
the published Board policies, but is a part thereof by reference and approved by the
Board of Trustees, as shown in this policy. 2. The Policies and Procedures for Special Education are to be updated and
resubmitted, as needed, to the Board of Trustees for review and approval.
3. It is the responsibility of the Director of Special Services to assure that the Handbook complies with the above-stated policy, and is available for patrons and school personnel within the Bonneville Joint School District No. 93.
