The Bonneville Joint School District No. 93 Board of Trustees directs that the
Superintendent/designee or principal/designee will annually review each non-credit
course or non -curricular activity fee to determine if an increase is deemed necessary.
Guidelines
All fee increase requests shall be submitted to and reviewed by District administration
and approved by the Board of Trustees at the annual budget hearing. Requests include:
Non-credit course or non -curricular activity fee increase that exceeds 105% of
the amount of the fee last collected; or
2. Imposing a new non-credit course or non -curricular activity fee.
The Board shall meet all the requirements of state law for public announcement and
input.
Definitions:
Non -Credit Course: a course of study that does not accrue credit towards graduation
requirements; such as religious instruction, driver's education or adult education
courses.
Non -Curricular Activity: a voluntary extracurricular activity, student activity, school
sport or membership in a voluntary student club or association.
