ADVANCE INFORMATION REGARDING BOARD MEETING AGENDAS
The Bonneville Joint School District No. 93 Board of Trustees and administration seek to
inform District employees and patrons of issues under consideration by the Board and to
provide alternate ways for constituents to communicate ideas and concerns to the Board.
Guidelines
1. On the Monday preceding the Wednesday Board meetings, a draft of the Board agenda
will be:
a. Posted on the District's Website.
b. Posted at each school site in a location visible to employees and patrons.
c. Emailed to District staff, local PTO presidents, and local media representatives.
2. Comment forms will be readily available at the District Office for interested parties to
mail or deliver to the Clerk of the Board for dissemination to Board members prior to the
Board meeting.
