ADMINISTRATION IN POLICY ABSENCE
In cases where action must be taken before the next board meeting and where the
Board has not provided policies or guides for administrative actions, the Superintendent
shall have the power to act, keeping in mind the educational philosophy and financial
condition of the District.
The actions of the Superintendent shall be subject to review by action of the Board at its
next regular meeting. In addition, it shall be the responsibility of the Superintendent to
inform the Board promptly of such action and of the need for policy.
