ANNUAL FINANCIAL REPORT
The Bonneville Joint School District No. 93 shall, on or before October 28 of the current
year, prepare and publish an annual statement of financial condition as of the end of the
fiscal year.
Guidelines
1. The statement shall be in a form prescribed by the State Superintendent of Public
Instruction and shall include, but not be limited to:
a. the amounts budgeted and received and from what sources and
b. the amounts budgeted and expended for salaries and
c. other expenses by category.
2. The statement shall be published in one (1) issue of a newspaper printed and
published within the district.
3. The President, Clerk and Treasurer of the Board of Trustees shall certify the annual
statement of financial condition to be true and correct, and the certification shall be
included in the published statement.
4. One copy of the statement shall be retained in the District Office where it will be
open to examination and inspection by any person.
5. A full and complete list of vendors and the amount paid to each shall be available at
the District Office.
6. A list of the number of teachers paid at each of the several stated gross salary levels
in effect in the District shall be available upon request.
