This letter Amendment (“Amendment”) amends the Service Order of Master Services Agreement
(“Agreement”) signed by and between Bonneville Joint School District 93 (“Partner”) and PresenceLearning,
Inc. (“PresenceLearning”) on July 27, 2020. This Amendment is entered as of August 4, 2020 .
1. Contracted Students is hereby modified from 200 to 170.
2. Minimum Fees Per Service Order modified from $301,350.00 at an Annual Service Fee of
$1,506.75.00 to $256,147.50
Except as set forth above, the Agreement shall remain unmodified and in full force and effect.
