I. Call to Order
Chairman Amy Landers called the meeting to order at 6:23 p.m.

Action Items
Chairman Landers stated that the Board will enter into Executive Session pursuant to Idaho Code 74-206(1)(b) To consider the
evaluation, dismissal or disciplining of an employee, staff member or public school student. The Executive Session will be closed
to the public as permitted by law.
MOTION: Chad Dance moved to enter into executive session for the reasons stated. Scott Lynch seconded. The roll call vote
was:

The Board entered Executive Session at 6:23 p.m.
III. Discussion Items
Employee C2021
Heath Jackson, Executive Director of Personnel, presented the conditional leave without pay request for Employee C2021 and
recommended approval of the request.
Employee D2021
Heath Jackson, Executive Director of Personnel, presented the conditional leave without pay request for Employee D2021 and
recommended approval of the request.
Employee E2021
Heath Jackson, Executive Director of Personnel, presented the conditional leave without pay request for Employee E2021 and
recommended approval of the request.
Employee F2021
Heath Jackson, Executive Director of Personnel, presented the conditional leave without pay request for Employee F2021 and
recommended approval of the request.
Employee G2021
Heath Jackson, Executive Director of Personnel, presented the conditional leave without pay request for Employee G2021 and
recommended approval of the request.

Heath Jackson, Executive Director of Personnel, presented the conditional leave without pay request for Employee H2021 and
recommended approval of the request.
Student 21-Q
Principal Kent Patterson presented information relating to Student 21-Q and recommended to expel the student for the
remainder of the 2020-2021 school year and to immediately conditionally re-admit Student 21-Q to Tiebreaker Elementary.
IV. Motion to move into Open Meeting
MOTION: Chad Dance moved to enter back into open session. Scott Lynch seconded. Motion carried.
V. Recessed at 6:37 p.m.; Regular Meeting to start at 7:00 PM
