I. Call to Order
Chairman Amy Landers called the meeting to order at 6:04 p.m.

III. Action Items
Chairman Landers stated that the Board will enter in Executive Session pursuant to Idaho Code 74-206(1)(a) To consider hiring
an employee or staff member, wherein the respective qualities of individuals are to be evaluated in order to fill a particular
vacancy or need; and (b) To consider the evaluation of an employee or staff member. The Executive Session will be closed to
the public as permitted by law.
The Board entered Executive Session at 6:05 p.m. MOTION: Chad Dance moved to enter into executive session for the reasons stated. Paul Jenkins seconded. The roll call vote

Executive Director Heath Jackson informed the Board on each employee request for leave without pay and recommended to
approve each request.
Employee Q2021
Heath Jackson explained the resignation for Employee Q2021 was placed on the consent calendar.
Bonneville High School Assistant Principal Recommendation
Bonneville Online High School Assistant Principal Recommendation
Heath Jackson informed the Board the positions for Assistant Principals for Bonneville High School and Bonneville Online High
School have been offered and accepted by David England and Nancy Jackson, respectively. Bonneville High School Principal

Levi Owen and Bonneville Online High School Principal Corey Telford informed the board about their selection processes and
why candidates were chosen. This new hire and transfer will be on the consent calendar.
Tiebreaker Elementary Principal Recommendation
Heath Jackson reviewed the principal selection process with the Board and recommended Brianna Tuckett as the new
Tiebreaker Elementary Principal for the 2021-2022 school year.
V. Motion to move into Open Meeting
MOTION: Greg Calder moved to enter back into open session. Paul Jenkins seconded. Motion carried.
VI. Recessed to 7:00 p.m. Regular Meeting at 6:43 p.m.
