I. Call to Order
Chairman Amy Landers called the meeting to order at 5:31 p.m.

III. Action Items
A. Approve/Amend Agenda
MOTION: Chad Dance moved to approve the Agenda. Greg Calder seconded. Motion carried.
IV. Discussion Items
FY22 Master Agreement
Chairman Landers invited Dr. Scott Woolstenhulme to review the negotiation process and the FY22 Master Agreement. Dr. Woolstenhulme stated
that negotiations only took one long day; he expressed his appreciation for the good relationship between the Bonneville Education Association
(BEA) and District administration. He explained there were only minor changes to the master agreement, mainly related to state funding on the
career ladder, including the Advance Placement rungs. Other discussion focused on salary, use of supplemental levy funding, how out-of-state
teachers are placed on the career ladder, and leadership roles for certified personnel. The district will pay the increase of health insurance cost per
benefited employee. Stipend positions will not have an salary increase for FY22; however, a third soccer coach has been added to both boys and
girls soccer and the elementary Hope Squad advisor stipend increases along with experience.
V. Action Items
Approve FY22 Master Agreement
MOTION: Paul Jenkins moved to approve the FY22 Master Agreement as presented. Greg Calder seconded. Motion carried.
VI. Call for Items for Upcoming Meetings
Fee hearing has been moved to the July 14, 2021 Regular meeting

Chairman Landers adjourned the meeting at 6:08 p.m. MOTION: Chad Dance moved to adjourn. Greg Calder seconded. Motion carried.
