Board Member Paul Jenkins called the meeting to order at 6:01 p.m.

III. Action Items
Vice Chair Paul Jenkins stated that the Board will enter into Executive Session pursuant to Idaho Code 74-206(1)(b) to
consider the evaluation or disciplining of an employee or staff member or individual agent, or public school student.The
Executive Session will be closed to the public as permitted by law.

IV. Discussion Items
A. Personnel Recommendations
Vice Chair Paul Jenkins invited Heath Jackson to present information on the Leave without Pay requests from
Employee AF2022 and Employee AH2022. Mr. Jackson recommend that their requests be granted. No action, these
2 items were on the consent agenda.

Vice Chair Paul Jenkins invited Heath Jackson to present background information to the Board.
3. Background Information Check – Discussion, no action needed.
Vice Chair Paul Jenkins invited Heath Jackson to present the recommendation for the new Hillcrest High School
Assistant Prinicpal to the Board. No action needed. This item was on the regular agenda.
4. Hillcrest High School Assistant Principal – Recommendation

Vice Chair Paul Jenkins invited Heath Jackson to present information on Employee K2022 to the board.
5. Employee K2022 – Discussion
B. Student Recommendations
Vice Chair Paul Jenkins invited Jason Lords to present information on Student 22-AB to the Board.
1. Student 22-AB (Action)
The recommendation for Student 22-AB is expulsion without a hearing and conditionally re-admitted into
Bonneville Online High School.
MOTION: Carissa Coats moved to approve expulsion without a hearing and to have Student 22-AB conditionally readmitted
to Bonneville Online High School. Randy Smith seconded. Motion carried.
V. Motion to move into Open Meeting (Action Item)
Vice Chair Paul Jenkins asked for a motion to move back into open meeting.
MOTION: Carissa Coats moved to enter back into open session. Randy Smith seconded. Motion carried.
