Work Session Minutes
November 10, 2011
Those in attendance at the meeting were Chairman Craig Lords, Vice Chairman Annette Winchester, Treasurer Wendy Horman,
Trustee Kip Nelson, and Trustee DeVere Hunt. Others in attendance were Superintendent Chuck Shackett, Chief
Financial/Operations Officer April Burton, and Eric Heringer and Michael Keith of Seattle Northwest.
The Board discussed several bonding scenarios with Eric Heringer and Michael Keith from Seattle Northwest. Discussion
surrounded cash flow issues, the amount the District could feasibly bond for at this time, the possibility of refinancing or extending
the current bonds, and the possibility of under-levying Plant Facilities money.
Mr. Heringer and Mr. Keith will look more closely at the issues and write assumptions and conclusions for several different
scenarios so the Board can discuss these at the next work session scheduled for November 30, 2011.
