I. Call to Order
Chairman Dance called the meeting to order at 6:32 p.m.
II. Roll Call
Paul Jenkins present – via telecommunication
Greg Calder present
Randy Smith present
Carissa Coats present
Chad Dance present
Others in attendance were, Dr. Woolstenhulme, Superintendent, Jason Lords, Executive Director of Learning and
Instruction, Guy Wangsgard, Chief Financial Officer and Operations, Board Clerk, Samantha Williams.
III. Opening Board Business
A. Approve/Amend Agenda (Action Item)
Chairman Dance asked the Board if anyone would like to amend the agenda. Hearing none, he asked for a motion.
MOTION: Carissa Coats moved to approve the agenda. Randy Smith seconded. Motion carried.
IV. Discussion Items
A. Sale of Hitt Road 12-acre parcel (Action Item)
MOTION: Carissa Coats moved to table the sale of Hitt Road 12-acre parcel. Randy Smith seconded. Motion carried.
B. Sale of 97th North 25-acre parcel (Action Item)
MOTION: Carissa Coats moved to table the sale of 97th North 25-acres parcel. Randy Smith seconded. Motion
carried.
C. Sale of Lincoln property and Purchase Sale Agreement (Action Item)
MOTION: Randy Smith moved to approve the sale of Lincoln property and the purchase agreement. Carissa Coats
seconded. Motion carried.
V. Closing Board Business
A. Call for Items for Upcoming Meetings
Regular Board Meeting - July 13, 2022 - 7:00 p.m. - District Board Room
Regular Board Meeting - August 10, 2022 - 7:00 p.m. - District Board Room
Work Session - August 31, 2022 - 11:30 a.m. – TBD
Chairman Dance asked if there were any items for upcoming meetings. Hearing none, he asked for a motion to
adjourn.

MOTION: Randy Smith moved to adjourn the meeting. Carissa Coats seconded. Motion carried.
