Executive Session
February 12,o04
Following the Regularly Scheduled Board Meeting and Public Information Meeting
Chairperson Winchester stated that the Board will enter into Executive Session pursuant to Idaho Code Section 67-2345 (1)(b) To consider the
evaluation, dismissal or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against, a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent, or public
school student. The Executive Session will be closed to the public as permitted by law.
Chairperson Winchester then asked if there would be a motion to move into Executive Session at 8:52 p.m,
MOTION: Jeff Bird made the motion m move into Executive Session for the purpose stated. Amy Landers seconded, The Roll Call Vote was:

and Trustee Jeff Bird, Others in attendance were, Deputy Superintendent Marjean McConnell, Human Resources Director Shalene French, and Board Clerk

Chairperson Winchester asked Dr. French to discuss information regarding the probation of Employee A14
Dr. French met and reviewed the hati requirements with m loye and the liaison. The employee met the requirements n[ probation. The liaison
will continue to work with the employee and the director will continue to supervise. The employee will continue to progress monitor students next year;
graphing progress and reporting out to teachers. The employee set goals and accomplished what the employee said they Would do. Dr. French then
recommended that Employee A14he removed from probation.

Chairperson Winchester asked for a motion to move back into open session at 9:38 p.m.
MOTION: Jeff Bird made the motion m move back into open session. Amy Landers seconded. The vote was am favor with 0 opposed and Oabstentions
Motion passed.
Chairperson Winchester then asked if there would be any motions from executive session,
MOTION: Brian McBride made the motion m remove Employee A14 from probation. Amy Landers seconded, The vote was om favor with O opposed and 0
abstentions Motion passed,
