I. Chairman Dance call the meeting to order at 6:20 p.m.
II. Amend the Agenda (Action Item)
A. Chairman Dance stated that pursuant to Idaho Code§74-204(4)(a) Amend the Agenda, for this meeting as follows:
To add: "Action Item" to Student 23-A
This request was received today and is time sensitive. Chairman Dance asked for a motion
MOTION: Paul Jenkins moved to amend the agenda as stated. Randy Smith seconded. Motion carried.
Chairman Dance asked for Motion to approve the amended agenda
MOTION: Paul Jenkins moved to approve the amended agenda. Carissa Coats seconded. Motion Carried.
III. Executive Session (Action Item)
Chairman Dance stated that the Board will enter into Executive Session pursuant to Idaho Code 74-206(1)(b) to consider
the evaluation, dismissal, or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against, a public officer, employee,
staff member, or individual agent, or public school student.

The Board entered Executive Session at 6:28 p.m.
IV. Discussion Items
A. Student Recommendations
1. Student 23-A (Action Item)
Chairman Dance invited Jason Lords, Executive Director of Learning and Instruction and Tyler Mills, Assistant
Principal at Hillcrest High School to present information and a recommendation for Student 23 -A to the Board.
Mr. Mills recommended Student 23-A for expulsion without a hearing and be conditionally readmitted into same
school.
MOTION: Randy Smith moved to approve expulsion and conditionally readmitted into same school for Student
23-A. Greg Calder seconded. Motion carried.
V. Move to Open Meeting (Action Item)
Chairman Dance asked for a motion to move to open meeting
MOTION: Carissa Coats moved to enter open meeting. Randy Smith seconded. Motion carried.
VI. Recessed to Regular Meeting at 6:45 p.m.
