I. Chairman Dance called the meeting to order at 11:30 a.m.
II. Opening Board Business
A. Approve/Amend Agenda (Action Item)
Chairman Dance asked for a motion to approve the agenda.
MOTION: Randy Smith moved to approve the agenda. Paul Jenkins seconded. Motion carried.
B. Chairman Dance welcomed any visitors and delegations to the meeting. Others in attendance were, Chairman
Dance, Trustee Jenkins, Trustee Greg Calder, Trustee Randy Smith, Superintendent Woolstenhulme, Executive
Director of Learning and Instruction Jason Lords, Executive Director of Planning and Personnel, Heath Jackson, Chief
Financial Officer or Operations, Guy Wangsgard, Grants and Compliance Accountant, Austin Kahout, Theresa
Flannery, CPA from Wipfli, Stephanie Gutierrez from Wipfli, Board Clerk, Samantha Williams.
III. Discussion Items
A. Finance and Operations
Chairman Dance invited Theresa Flannery, CPA, and Stephanie Gutierrez from Wipfli to conduct the Audit Review to
the Board. The Audit Report will be an action item on the October 12, 2022 Regular Board Meeting. This was just a
review. No action took place.

Chairman Dance Thanked Ms. Flannery and Ms. Gutierrez for their presentation. Mr. Chairman asked for a motion to
adjourn the meeting.

MOTION: Randy Smith moved to adjourn the meeting. Chad Dance seconded. Motion carried.
