I. Chairman Dance call the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m.

III. Executive Session (Action Item)
The Board will enter into Executive Session pursuant to Idaho Code 74-206(1)(b) to consider the evaluation, dismissal, or
disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against, a public officer, employee, staff member, or individual
agent, or public school student. The Executive Session will be closed to the public as permitted by law.

The Board entered into Executive Session at 6:31 p.m.
IV. Student Recommendations
A. Student 23-O (Action Item)
Chairman Dance invited Jason Lords, Executive Director of Learning and Instruction and Lan ce Miller, Principal at
Lincoln HS to present information on Student 23-O to the Board. After the discussion, Mr. Lords and Mr. Miller
recommended that Student 23-O be conditionally readmitted back to same school with no expulstion. Chairman
Dance asked for a motion
MOTION: Greg Calder moved to approve that Student 23-O be conditionall readmitted to same school with no
explusion. Carissa Coats seconded. Motion carried.
V. Planning and Personnel Recommendations
Chairman Dance invited Heath Jackson, Executive Director of Planning and Personnel to present information on the
following employees. Employee M2023, N2023, O2023 P2023, R2023, S2023 and T2023 are action items on the consent
agenda for approval. Employee Q2023 is a separate action item under Planning and Personnel Recommendations and
Reports on the regular meeting agenda. No action was taken in Executive Session.

VI. Motion to move into Open Meeting (Action Item)
Chairman Dance asked for a motion to enter back to Open Meeting.
MOTION: Randy Smith moved to enter Open Meeting. Greg Calder seconded. Motion carried.
