PERSONNEL <br />5200 <br />Page 1 of 1 <br />CODE OF ETHICS FOR IDAHO PROFESSIONAL EDUCATORS <br />The Board of Trustees is committed to the Code of Ethics of the Idaho Teaching <br />Profession which was developed by the Professional Standards approved by the State <br />Board of Education and approved by the Idaho State Legislature. <br />Guidelines <br />1. Allegations of violations of the Code of Ethics (5200E1, 5200E2) brought to <br />the attention of the District’s administrative staff will be fully investigated by <br />the Superintendent/designee. <br />2. If it is determined that a certificated employee violated the principles of the Code of <br />Ethics, the District may file a complaint with the Professional Standards <br />Commission and may initiate District disciplinary action up to and including <br />dismissal of the certificated employee. <br />3.
