REMOVING /REPLACING AN OFFICER
An officer (chairperson, vice - chairperson, treasurer, clerk) appointed or elected to the
Bonneville Joint School District No. 93 Board of Trustees may be removed from office by
a two- thirds (2/3) vote of the Board.
If a Board Member is unable to continue to serve as an officer or is removed from office,
a replacement shall be elected immediately.
