EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS AND SERVICES APPROVAL AND
EVALUATION
Bonneville Joint School District No, 93 shall offer a variety of educational
programs and services. Each program or service will have a clearly defined set
of educational goals. Community, staff, and student expectations and needs
should be considered in the design of each educational program or service.
Guidelines
The Su perintendent/designee shall inform the Board of plans for the
development of new programs or services, and the elimination of or concept
changes to existing programs or services.
2. The Board shall establish overall objectives and directions for programs and
services
3. A pilot educational program or service shall be reviewed at least annually by
the Board until it receives formal approval.
4. The Su perintendent/designee shall be accountable for the implementation
and regular evaluation of educational programs and services.
a. The Su perintendent/designee shall report to the Board at least once a
year the steps taken to implement new programs or services and the
evaluation of existing programs or services.
b. Unless indicated otherwise, all programs and services shall be evaluated
at least every seven years.
