Bonneville Joint School District No. 93
PARTNERSHIP FOR SPECIAL NEEDS STUDENTS
The Board of Trustees of Bonneville Joint School District No. 93 grants authority
to the Superintendent/designee to negotiate and enter into program agreements with public and/or private entities in order to provide educationally related
services for special needs students.
Guidelines
1. The Superintendent/designee shall discuss his/her intent to negotiate such
agreements with the Board.
2. When an agreement is established, the Superintendent/designee shall inform the Board of the terms and nature of the agreement.
