STUDENTS <br />PAYMENT OF FEES AND RETURNING OF PROPERTY <br />3435 <br />Page 1 of 1 <br />In the Bonneville Joint School District No. 93, as a condition of registration, graduation, <br />or the issuance of a report card, diploma, certificate, or transcript, all indebtedness <br />incurred by a person when he/she is or was a student, must be paid. Furthermore, all <br />books or other instructional material, uniforms, athletic equipment, advances on loans, <br />or other personal property of the District borrowed by the person, must be returned. <br />Guidelines <br />1. Outstanding fees shall not cause a delay in transferring school records to another <br />school district or prevent a student from enrolling in any other school, including those <br />within the District. <br />2. In extenuating circumstances, the payment to remove the indebtedness may be <br />excused or adjusted through arrangements made with District officials. <br />3.
