STUDENTS <br />RECORDS OF MISSING CHILDREN <br />3650 <br />Page 1 of 1 <br />Upon notification by the Idaho state police of a missing or runaway child currently <br />enrolled in Bonneville Joint School District No. 93, that student's records shall be <br />flagged in such a manner that whenever a copy of or information regarding the record is <br />requested, the school is alerted to the fact that the record is that of a missing or <br />runaway child. <br />Guidelines <br />1. If a request is made for a flagged record, the record shall not be forwarded and the <br />local law enforcement agency shall be notified of the request for the flagged record. <br />2. Any request concerning flagged records or knowledge as to the whereabouts of a <br />missing or runaway child shall immediately be reported to the local law enforcement <br />agency. <br />3.
