COMMUNITY RELATIONS <br />4109 <br />(also 1520) <br />Page 1 of 1 <br />ADVANCE INFORMATION REGARDING BOARD MEETING AGENDAS <br />The Bonneville Joint School District No. 93 Board of Trustees and administration seek to <br />inform District employees and patrons of issues under consideration by the Board and to <br />provide alternate ways for constituents to communicate ideas and concerns to the Board. <br />Guidelines <br />1. On the Monday preceding the Wednesday Board meetings, a draft of the Board agenda <br />will be: <br />a. Posted on the District's Website. <br />b. Posted at each school site in a location visible to employees and patrons. <br />c. Emailed to District staff, local PTO presidents, and local media representatives. <br />2.
