COMMUNITY RELATIONS <br />4300 <br />(also 3286 and 5243) <br />Page 1 of 2 <br /> <br />Bonneville Joint School District No. 93 <br /> <br /> <br />CONDUCT ON SCHOOL PROPERTY <br /> <br />The District expects mutual respect as well as civility and orderly conduct among all <br />individuals on school property or at a school event. <br /> <br /> <br />Guide Lines <br /> <br />1. No person on school property or at a school event shall: <br /> <br />a. Injure or threaten, harass or intimidate a staff member, a school board member, <br />sports official or coach, or any other person; <br /> <br />b. Damage or threaten to damage another’s property; <br /> <br />c. Damage or deface District property; <br /> <br />d. Violate any Idaho law or town or county ordinance; <br /> <br />e. Smoke or otherwise use tobacco products; <br /> <br />f. Consume, possess, distribute, or be under the influence of alcoholic beverages <br />or illegal drugs; <br /> <br />g. Possess dangerous devices or weapons; <br /> <br />h. Impede, delay, disrupt, or otherwise interfere with the orderly conduct of the <br />District’s educational program or any other activity or function; <br /> <br />i. Use cellular phones in a disruptive manner; <br /> <br />j. Enter upon any portion of the school premises at any time for purposes other <br />than those that are lawful and authorized by the Board; <br /> <br />k. Operate a motor vehicle: <br />1) in a risky manner or <br />2) in violation of an authorized District employee’s directive; <br /> <br />l. Violate an authorized District employee’s directive; or <br /> <br />m. Violate other District policies or regulations. <br /> <br />2. As circumstances warrant, appropriate action will be taken by the District’s staff <br />and/or administrators. <br />
