Employees of Bonneville Joint School District No. 93 shall not engage in any other
employment or activity that would have an adverse effect on the performance of their
duties for the District.
Guidelines
Employees shall not engage in any other employment or activity during the hours
necessary to fulfill appropriately assigned District duties unless approved by the
Superintendent/designee.
2. Employees shall not engage in any other employment or activity for the purpose of
financially benefiting from the students under their direct responsibility unless
approved by the Board, Superintendent/designee.
3. Discipline for violation of this policy may involve actions up to and including
dismissal.
