Bonneville Joint School District No. 93
TUTORING
Members of the Bonneville Joint School District No. 93 staff shall fulfill the
responsibilities of their assignment prior to involving themselves in other activities such
as private tutoring, teaching in other institutions, and other activities for remuneration.
Guidelines
1. A staff member shall not tutor for remuneration students who are assigned to his/her
classes or area of professional responsibility, except when specifically approved by the Board.
2. Nothing in this policy shall prevent the Superintendent/designee from hiring staff
members to provide remediation and intervention for students.
3. Discipline for violation of this policy may involve actions up to and including
dismissal.
