PERSONNEL <br />EMPLOYEE CONFLICT OF INTEREST <br />5385 <br />Page 1 of 1 <br />No employee of the Bonneville Joint School District No. 93 shall engage in or have a <br />financial interest, directly or indirectly, in any activity that conflicts or raises a reasonable <br />question of conflict with his /her duties and responsibilities in the school system <br />Guidelines <br />1. Employees shall not use District privileges for: <br />a. private gain, for themselves or others, <br />b. the promotion of political candidates, or <br />c. political activities <br />2. An employee shall not sell any District books, instructional supplies, musical <br />instruments, equipment or other supplies unless prior approval has been obtained <br />from the Superintendent/designee. <br />3. Employees must follow all laws concerning the disposal of surplus property. <br />4.
