INSURANCE BENEFITS FOR EMPLOYEES
1. Certified employees will be eligible for insurance benefits offered by the District
consistent with the terms of the current collective bargaining agreement.
2. Classified employees who regularly work thirty (30) hours or more per week shall be
entitled to the same group health insurance benefits as applicable to certified
personnel.
3. The following will not be allowed to participate in the District’s group health
insurance program:
a. Substitutes,
b. Seasonal employees, and
c. Trustees.
