Such changes may be approved in the same meeting as <br />presented. <br />Guidelines <br />1. The Superintendent /designee shall have the authority in unusual or emergency <br />circumstances to make changes to Board Approved Administrative Procedures. <br />2. It shall be the duty of the Superintendent /designee to inform the board promptly of <br />such action and to make any appropriate recommendations for changes in the <br />procedure at the next scheduled Board meeting. <br />DEFINITION <br />Board Approved Administrative Procedure: procedures developed by the <br />Superintendent /designee to implement Board policy and submitted to the Board by the <br />Superintendent /designee for approval.
