FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT <br />7140 <br />(also 4630) <br />Page 1 of 1 <br />ANNUAL FINANCIAL REPORT <br />The Bonneville Joint School District No. 93 shall, on or before October 28 of the current <br />year, prepare and publish an annual statement of financial condition as of the end of the <br />fiscal year. <br />Guidelines <br />1. The statement shall be in a form prescribed by the State Superintendent of Public <br />Instruction and shall include, but not be limited to: <br />a. the amounts budgeted and received and from what sources and <br />b. the amounts budgeted and expended for salaries and <br />c. other expenses by category. <br />2. The statement shall be published in one (1) issue of a newspaper printed and <br />published within the district. <br />3. The President, Clerk and Treasurer of the Board of Trustees shall certify the annual <br />statement of financial condition to be true and correct, and the certification shall be <br />included in the published statement. <br />4. One copy of the statement shall be retained in the District Office where it will be <br />open to examination and inspection by any person. <br />5. A full and complete list of vendors and the amount paid to each shall be available at <br />the District Office. <br />6.
