NON - INSTRUCTIONAL OPERATIONS <br />8115 <br />Page 1 of 1 <br />NON - TRANSPORTATION ZONES <br />The Board may declare an area that is more than one and one -half (1'/2) miles from <br />school where it is not practical to send a bus, as a non - transportation zone. <br />Guidelines <br />1. As determined by Idaho Code § 33 -1503, the Superintendent/designee may pay to <br />the parent/guardian residing in a non - transportation zone an amount for transporting <br />their child(ren) to the school or to a bus stop. <br />2.
