TRANSPORTATION LIABILITY INSURANCE
Insurance for each District vehicle owned and used shall be purchased from a
company or companies licensed to operate in the state of Idaho. Such insurance shall
be in affect at all times. Amounts of the insurance policies shall not be in amounts
lower than the minimum set by the State Board of Education and shall indemnify the
District against claims for any injury to or death of a person arising out of the operation
of the school transportation system.
