NON - INSTRUCTIONAL OPERATIONS <br />8255 <br />Page 1 of 1 <br />STUDENT BUS SAFETY <br />To achieve the maximum safety for students, the Superintendent /designee is <br />empowered to make decisions regarding the routine and emergency operation of <br />buses, and /or the cancellation of bus routes in accordance with his /her best judgment. <br />The Superintendent /designee shall develop written rules establishing the procedures <br />for bus safety, emergency exit drills, and student conduct while riding on buses. <br />Guidelines <br />School Loading and Unloading Zones <br />School loading and unloading zones are to be established and marked to provide <br />safe and orderly loading and unloading of students. <br />2.
