The Bonneville Joint School District No. 93 Board of Trustees requires the development
of conscientious, consistent planning for all school sites to assure maximum student
use, complement community goals and values, and provide a pleasant environment for
student and community use.
Guidelines
A Master Plan will be developed by a Landscape Architect for each school site, with
the original housed in the District Office, and a copy made available at the local
school.
a. Each plan shall be developed to provide maximum beauty and use, with
minimum cost for maintenance and upkeep.
b. Any activity in landscaping shall be consistent with the Master Plan.
2. Parent - Teacher Organizations and civic and school clubs or organizations are
encouraged to provide donations or to work cooperatively with the Director of
Operations /designee in meeting landscape plans.
3. The use of landscaped school playground areas by community groups, etc. may be
permitted, and will be evaluated in relationship to whether such activity, either on a
one -time basis or continued use, would adversely impact the playground areas.
