Pursuant to Idaho Code, the Superintendent/designee shall provide for an independent
inspection of all District school facilities at least annually to determine whether those
facilities comply with safety and health standards.
Guidelines
1. When problems are identified, the Superintendent /designee shall either take
immediate corrective measures or identify a plan of action to address the hazard.
2. The Su perintendent/designee shall present the results of the inspection to the board
for review and consideration.
