SCHOOL FACILITIES <br />FACILITIES OPERATIONS <br />9385 <br />Page 1 of 1 <br />The operation of the District's facilities shall be the responsibility of the Superintendent <br />through the Director of Operations. The Director of Operations shall in turn manage the <br />District's facilities through the head custodians. <br />Guidelines <br />1. In order to satisfactorily operate the District's facilities, adequate custodial and <br />maintenance personnel shall be employed. <br />2. Custodial and maintenance responsibilities shall include, but are not necessarily <br />limited to, the following: <br />a. Adequate and timely operation of each facility's heating system. <br />b. Proper care of the District's physical properties, including walls, floors, roofs, <br />ceilings, and equipment. <br />c. Adequate care of and timely lamp replacement in each facility's lighting system. <br />d. Proper care of each facility's grounds and playgrounds. <br />3. Services shall be provided not only during the normal scheduled working day and <br />working year, but also during those times when the building is occupied outside of <br />regular hours. <br />Adopted 06/14/2006 Reviewed <br />Bonneville Joint School District No. 93 <br />Revised <br />
