Chairman Amy Landers called the meeting to order at 5:04 p.m.

III. Action Items
A. Approve/Amend the Agenda
MOTION: Chad Dance moved to approve the Agenda. Scott Lynch seconded. Motion carried.
IV. Items for Discussion
A. Review of Patron Insights Report - Dr. Scott Woolstenhulme, Superintendent
Chairman Landers invited Dr. Scott Woolstenhulme to present the Patron Insights report. Ken DeSieghardt from Patron Insights
joined the meeting via video conference. Dr. Woolstenhulme emailed the report to the Board; he was appreciative of the
information and recommendations. The report is a summary of interviews of key opinion leaders from the community. The report
reviews the recent bond issue, District outbound communication, and strengths and shortcomings of the District.
Recommendations include building a District 93 brand by nurturing relationships those who are positive, addressing
transparency, enhancing communications, and/or creating greater engagement. Ideas for solutions were discussed.
V. Adjournment
Chairman Landers adjourned the meeting at 6:05 p.m.
MOTION: Paul Jenkins moved to adjourn. Scott Lynch seconded. Motion carried.
