Chairman Amy Landers called the meeting to order at 6:05 p.m.

III. Action Items
A. Executive Session
Chairman Landers stated that the Board will enter into Executive Session pursuant to Idaho Code 74-206(1)(c)To acquire an
interest in real property which is not owned by a public agency. The Executive Session will be closed to the public as
permitted by law.
MOTION: Chad Dance moved to enter into executive session for the reason stated. Greg Calder seconded. The roll call vote
was:

IV. Discussion Items
A. Parcel 093-B/C - John Pymm, Director
Chairman Landers invited John Pymm to present information on parcel 093-B/C. Mr. Pymm informed the board about these
parcels, its location, appraisal, possible school layout, and purchasing tactics. The board directed Mr. Pymm to negotiate a
purchase price with the seller.
V. Action Item
A. Motion to Move into Open Session MOTION: Greg Calder moved to enter back into open session. Chad Dance seconded. Motion carried.
