I. Call to Order
Chairman Chad Dance called the meeting to order at 6:35 p.m.

III. Action Items:
Chairman Dance stated that the Board will enter into Executive Session pursuant to Idaho Code 74-206(1)(b) To consider the
evaluation or disciplining of an employee or staff member. The Executive Session will be closed to the public as permitted by
law.
MOTION: Greg Calder moved to enter into executive session for the reason stated. Scott Lynch seconded. The roll call vote
was:

IV. Discussion Items
Employee H2022
Heath Jackson and Principal Elisa Saffle reviewed the evlauation for Employee H2022 and recommended to place Employee
H2022 on probation for minimum of eight (8) weeks and discussed plans and goals going forward.
V. Action Item:
Employee H2022 Decision
MOTION: Scott Lynch moved place Employee H2022 on probation for minimum of eight (8) weeks. Greg Calder seconded.
Motion carried.
VI. Motion to move into Open Meeting
MOTION: Scott Lynch moved to enter back into open session. Greg Calder seconded. Motion carried
VII. Recess to Regular Meeting 7:00 PM
