I. Call to Order
Chairman Dance called the meeting to order at 6:16 p.m.
II. Roll Call
Scott Lynch present
Greg Calder excused
Paul Jenkins present
Carissa Coats present
Chad Dance present
III. Action Items
Chairman Dance stated that the Board will enter into Executive Session pursuant to Idaho Code 74-206(1)(b) To consider the evaluation,
dismissal or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against, a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent,
or public school student. The Executive Session will be closed to the public as permitted by law.
MOTION: Scott Lynch moved to enter into executive session for the reason stated. Paul Jenkins seconded. The roll call vote was:

The Board entered Executive Session at 6:18 p.m.
IV. Discussion Items:
Chairman Dance invited Executive Director Heath Jackson to present information on employees and requests for leave without pa y.

Mr. Jackson recommended these requests be approved.
Background Check
Mr. Jackson reviewed a recent background check with the Board.

Students
Executive Director Jason Lords presented information relating to Student 22-S and Student 22-T.
Student 22-S
Principal Corey Telford and Mr. Lords recommended expulsion without a hearing for Student 22-S for the duration of the school year and
to be conditionally re-admitted to Bonneville Online HS.
Student 22-T
Assistant Principal David England and Mr. Lords recommended suspension for Student 22-T and can be readmitted back to Bonneville HS
immediately.
V. Action Item: Motion to Move Back into Open Meeting
MOTION: Carissa Coats moved to enter back into Open Session and Scott Lynch seconded. Motion carried.
VI. Recess to Regular Meeting at 6:46 p.m.
VII. Reconvene from Regular Meeting at 9:14 p.m.
VIII. Action Items
Chairman Dance stated that the Board will enter into Executive Session pursuant to Idaho Code 74-206(1)(b) To consider the evaluation of
an employee or staff member. The Executive Session will be closed to the public as permitted by law.

IX. Discussion Items
Chairman Dance reviewed the procedures and documents that were provided for the Superintendent Evaluation. The Board will dis cuss
the documents at the December 8, 2021 Executive Session.
X. Motion to move into Open Meeting
MOTION: Carissa Coats motioned to move back into open session. Scott Lynch seconded. Motion carried.
XI. Action Item: Adjournment
Chairman Dance adjourned the meeting at 9:21 p.m.
MOTION: Greg Calder moved to adjourn. Scott Lynch seconded. Motion carried.
