BOARD OF TRUSTEES
JOINT SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 93,
BONNEVILLE AND BINGHAM COUNTIES, STATE OF IDAHO
January 13, 2016
The Trustees of Joint School District No. 93, Bonneville and Bingham Counties, State of
Idaho, met in regular session at the District's Administration Office, 3497 N. Ammon Road,
Idaho Falls, Idaho, on Wednesday, January 13, 2016, at 7:00 p.m.
There were present at said meeting the following Trustees:
Brian McBride, Chairman
Paul Jenkins, Vice Chairman
Amy Landers, Treasurer
Jeff Bird
Greg Calder
There were the following members absent:
none
There were also present: Dr. Charles Shackett, Superintendent
Mary M. Hansen, Clerk
April Burton, Chief Financial/Operations Officer
Eric Heringer, Piper Jaffray & Co.
Nicholas G. Miller, Hawley Troxell
Adoption of Bond Resolution
Chairman McBride introduced the following resolution, the title of which was read in full
and is as follows:
A Resolution authorizing the issuance and providing for the sale of General
Obligation Bonds, Series 2016A and General Obligation Refunding Bonds, Series
2016B, of Joint School District No. 93, Bonneville and Bingham Counties, State
of Idaho, delegating authority to approve the terms and provisions of the Bonds,
and providing for related matters.

A motion to adopt the foregoing Resolution was then duly made by Trustee Amy
Landers, and duly seconded by Trustee Paul Jenkins, put to a vote and carried, the vote being as
follows:
Those voting Yes:
Brian McBride
Paul Jenkins
Amy Landers
Jeff Bird
Greg Calder
Those voting No:
none
Those abstaining:
none
Those absent:
none
Thereupon, the Chairman declared said motion carried and said Resolution duly passed
and was adopted. The Resolution was thereupon signed by the Chairman of the Board of
Trustees in evidence of his approval and was attested by the Cleric of the Board and was ordered
recorded in the records of the Board.
Adoption of Reimbursement Resolution
Chairman McBride introduced the following resolution, the title of which was read in full
and is as follows:
A Reimbursement Resolution of the Board of Trustees of Joint School District
No. 93, Bonneville and Bingham Counties, State of Idaho [Official Intent
pursuant to Section 1.150-2, Code of Federal Regulations]
A motion to adopt the foregoing Resolution was then duly made by Trustee Jeff Bird, and
duly seconded by Trustee Greg Calder, put to a vote and carried, the vote being as follows:
Those voting Yes: Brian McBride
Paul Jenkins
Amy Landers
Jeff Bird
Greg Calder
Those voting No: none

Thereupon, the Chairman declared said motion carried and said Resolution duly passed
and was adopted. The Resolution was thereupon signed by the Chairman of the Board of
Trustees in evidence of his approval and was attested by the Clerk of the Board and was ordered
recorded in the records of the Board.

Pursuant to motion made and carried, the meeting adjourned.
